ČEMPIONATO VIETA IR LAIKAS


  1. Čempionato vieta – Dainavos giria.

  2. Grybavimo laikas – 2025 m. rugsėjo 13 d. 8.00 - 10.30 val.

  3. Čempionato dalyviai startui registruojami „Zervynų Pirkioje“ (Ūlos g. 24, Zervynų k., Varėnos r.) nuo 7.30 val. Nuo Varėnos iki Zervynų vykstama pagal informacines rodykles.


DALYVIAI


  1. Čempionate kviečiamos dalyvauti grybautojų komandos iš visos Lietuvos ir užsienio, atitinkančios šiuos reikalavimus:

4.1. sudarytos iš 4 dalyvių;

4.2. išsirenka vadovą ir komandos pavadinimą;

4.3. kiekvienas komandos dalyvis turi pintą krepšį, peiliuką ir maišą rinkti šiukšlėms (pageidautina – kompasą ir švilpuką);

4.4. pasipuošia savo kraštą atspindinčia, grybautojo įvaizdį perteikiančia atributika.

4.5. iki š. m. rugsėjo 11 d. užsiregistruoja internetu: https://forms.gle/xaPrLBs3gpwZLx587.

4.6. iki š. m. rugsėjo 11 d. sumoka komandos starto mokestį – 20 Eur (mokama į Varėnos kultūros centro sąskaitą LT70 7181 2000 0213 0055 ir mokėjimo paskyroje nurodo: Komandos pavadinimas. Grybavimo čempionatas).

4.7. komandos, nespėjusios iš anksto užsiregistruoti internetu bei susimokėti starto mokesčio, turės galimybę tai padaryti starto vietoje.


GRYBAUTOJO ETIKOS KODEKSAS


  1. Nepažįstu – nerenku.

  2. Neardau miško paklotės, samanų ir kerpių dangos.

  3. Neniokoju senų, peraugusių ir kitų nerenkamų grybų, nes jie visi naudingi miškui.

  4. Nerenku per mažų grybų – leidžiu jiems užaugti.

  5. Tausoju mišką ir surenku šiukšles.


TAISYKLĖS IR VERTINIMAS


  1. Čempionato dalyviai renka grybus, kurių sąrašas bus pateiktas prieš pat startą.

  2. Nugalėtojus nustato iš anksto sudaryta Čempionato komisija.

  3. Čempionato dalyviams draudžiama:

12.1. grybavimo laiku naudotis transporto priemonėmis;

12.2. komisijai pateikti prieš čempionato grybavimo laiką surinktus grybus.

  1. Čempionato komisija turi teisę diskvalifikuoti komandas, kurių dalyviai nesilaiko grybautojo etikos kodekso arba rungtyniauja nesąžiningai. Diskvalifikuotos komandos bei jų nariai trejus metus Čempionate dalyvauti negali.

  2. Komanda, surinkusi daugiausia grybų (pagal svorį), yra skelbiama Grybavimo čempionato nugalėtoja ir apdovanojama Varėnos rajono savivaldybės mero taure.

  3. Specialiaisiais prizais apdovanojama:

15.1. komandos, pagal surinktų grybų svorį užėmusios II ir III vietas;

15.2. grybautojas, radęs didžiausią baravyką (nustatoma pagal svorį);

15.3. jauniausias čempionato dalyvis;

15.4. vyriausias čempionato dalyvis;

15.5 komanda, išsiskirianti savo įvaizdžiu.

  1. Komanda, laimėjusi Varėnos rajono savivaldybės mero taurę, trejus metus čempionate dalyvauja Grybavimo čempionato garbės komandos teisėmis.


APDOVANOJIMO LAIKAS IR VIETA


  1. XXII Lietuvos grybavimo čempionato nugalėtojai skelbiami ir apdovanojami 2025 m. rugsėjo 13 d. 11 val. koncerto metu „Zervynų Pirkioje“ (Ūlos g. 24, Zervynų k., Varėnos r.).

XXII LITHUANIAN MUSHROOM PICKING CHAMPIONSHIP

RULES FOR WINNING THE MAYOR'S CUP OF VARĖNA DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY


CHAMPIONSHIP PLACE AND TIME


1. Championship place – Dainavos giria.

2. Mushroom picking time – September 13, 2025 from 8.00 till 10.30 a.m.

3. Championship participants are registered for the start at “Zervynų Pirkia” (24 Ūlos Street, Zervynos, Varėna District, Lithuania) from 7.30 a.m. From Varėna to Zervynų follow the information signs.


PARTICIPANTS


4. Mushroom picking teams from all over Lithuania and abroad are invited to participate in the championship, meeting the following requirements:

4.1. consist of 4 participants;

4.2. choose a leader and team name;

4.3. each team member has a wicker basket, a knife and a bag for collecting garbage (preferably a compass and a whistle);

4.4. dresses up in attributes that reflect their region and convey the image of a mushroom picker.

4.5. by September 11th of this year, register online: https://forms.gle/xaPrLBs3gpwZLx587.

4.6. by September 11th of this year, pay the team's starting fee - 20 Eur (paid to the Varėna Cultural Center account LT70 7181 2000 0213 0055 and indicate in the payment account: Team name. Mushroom picking championship).

4.7. teams that did not have time to register online and pay the starting fee in advance will have the opportunity to do so at the start location.


MUSHROOM PICKER'S CODE OF ETHICS


5. I don't know - I don't collect.

6. I do not destroy the forest floor, moss and lichen cover.

7. I do not destroy old, overgrown and other uncollected mushrooms, because they are all useful for the forest.

8. I do not collect mushrooms that are too small - I let them grow.

9. I protect the forest and collect garbage.


RULES AND EVALUATION


10. The participants of the championship collect mushrooms, the list of which will be provided immediately before the start.

11. The winners are determined by a pre-formed Championship Commission.

12. The participants of the championship are prohibited from:

12.1. using vehicles during mushroom picking;

12.2. submitting mushrooms collected before the championship mushroom picking time to the Commission.

13. The Championship Commission has the right to disqualify teams whose participants do not comply with the mushroom picker's code of ethics or compete unfairly. Disqualified teams and their members are not allowed to participate in the Championship for three years.

14. The team that has collected the most mushrooms (by weight) is declared the winner of the Mushroom Picking Championship and is awarded the Varėna District Municipality Mayor's Cup.

15. Special prizes are awarded to:

15.1. teams that have taken 2nd and 3rd places by the weight of mushrooms collected;

15.2. the mushroom picker who has found the largest boletus (determined by weight);

15.3. the youngest participant in the Championship;

15.4. the oldest participant in the Championship;

15.5. the team that stands out for its image.

16. The team that has won the Varėna District Municipality Mayor's Cup participates in the Championship for three years as an honorary team of the Mushroom Picking Championship.


AWARD TIME AND PLACE


17. The winners of the XXII Lithuanian Mushroom Picking Championship will be announced and awarded on September 13, 2025 at 11 a.m. during a concert at the “Zervynų Pirkia” (24 Ūlos Street, Zervynos, Varėna District, Lithuania).
